...Noble Firs exclusively at our farm. Noble firs have always been our family's favourite Christmas tree due to the strong branches that hold the heaviest of ornaments. The branches are spaced to allow ornaments and lights to be tucked deep inside the tree for a magical effect.We also grow Ilex, a unique leafless holly with vibrant red berries. These branches come in various lengths and make a stunning display beside your front door or in any room of your home.
You Choose...
...and cut your special tree and we supply the handsaws. We have a selection of Pete's favourites that are pre-cut for those who need the selection narrowed down. Remember to wear boots and take your camera along to remember your visit. We would love to take your picture with your freshly cut tree!Our trees, if cared for properly, will last for the month of December, hardly dropping any needles. The trick is to water it daily for the first week as it gets used to being inside. This is when the tree is the thirstiest.
In 2010 we sold our property on 240th street including the front block of trees. The great news is that we still have our favourite block of trees in the back field. The entrance to our farm is 4870 236th street at Apko Nurseries. Just follow the signs! On weekends enjoy a wagon ride out to the trees then enjoy a hot chocolate by the fire when you return. We will also have our popular ilex , curly willow and wreaths available. We look forward to seeing you at our new location!
